The majority of stains we come across are removable providing the correct procedures are used and sufficient time is dedicated to them.  However, occasionally we experience stains that are permanent, and if that’s the case no-one will be able to remove them.

We inspect all our work when we visit you to provide you with a quotation and it is then that we inform you if there are any stains that may be permanent on your carpets.  We do this because it gives you the opportunity to decide whether you wish to invest your money on a carpet or suite that may not look perfect afterwards and you also have the opportunity to obtain a second opinion if you wish to verify our assessment.
